    No prior experience is necessary! All our workshops are designed to be fun and accessible for beginners as well as those with some experience. Our expert instructors will guide you every step of the way.
  • What kind of activities can I do at Bruhm?
    We offer a wide variety of creative experiences, including glassblowing, canvas painting, wood carving, candy making, chocolate crafting, resin art, and more. Each workshop is designed to spark your creativity and leave you with a unique, hand-crafted piece.

    We recommend wearing comfortable clothing and closed-toe shoes. For certain workshops, like glassblowing and wood carving, protective gear will be provided. You don’t need to bring anything—just come ready to create!

    Bruhm workshops are currently offered in multiple neighborhoods of Dallas. We plan to expand the offering to other cities in the future.
  • How do I sign up for a workshop?
    You can sign up for workshops directly through our website by selecting your preferred activity, date, and time. Spaces are limited, so we recommend booking in advance.
  • What is your cancellation policy?
    We offer a flexible cancellation policy with a full refund if you cancel at least 48 hours before the scheduled workshop. For cancellations made within 48 hours of the event, we provide the option to reschedule.
  • Can I take home what I create?
    Absolutely! Everything you create during the workshop is yours to keep. Whether it's a glass vase, a wooden carving, or delicious chocolates, you'll walk away with your own unique creation.
  • How can I become an instructor at Bruhm?

  • What qualifications do I need to be an instructor?

    Yes! We are always open to expanding our range of creative experiences. If you have a unique idea or a specialized craft, we encourage you to submit a proposal through our website. Our team will review it, and if it aligns with our vision, we’ll work with you to bring your activity to life.
  • What is the process for getting a new activity approved?
    After receiving your proposal, our team will review the concept to ensure it fits Bruhm’s mission and audience. We’ll then schedule a meeting to discuss logistics, materials, safety requirements, and how the experience will be structured. If everything aligns, we’ll help you develop the workshop and schedule it for our participants.
  • What support does Bruhm provide for instructors?
    Bruhm offers full support in designing the customer experience, physical workshop setup, scheduling sessions, marketing to prospective customers, managing booking and payments.
  • What is the payment structure for instructors?
    We offer competitive compensation for our instructors, based on the duration and complexity of the workshop, as well as participant enrollment. You’ll receive payment after each session, with details discussed during the on-boarding process.
  • Can I teach part-time or on a flexible schedule?
    Yes, we understand the need for flexibility. Instructors can choose to teach workshops on a part-time basis or according to their availability. Our booking system allows you to select dates and times that work best for you.
  • Can I teach at multiple Bruhm locations?
    Yes! If your schedule allows, you’re welcome to teach at multiple Bruhm locations. We’ll coordinate with you to arrange the logistics and availability at each location.

Terms & Conditions

Welcome to The Bruhm! By participating in any of our activities, workshops, or services, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

 

  1. General Information

    1. These Terms and Conditions apply to all participants and users of services offered by The Bruhm.

    2. The Bruhm reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website or communicated via email.

  2. Booking and Payments

    1. All workshops and activities require advance booking, which can be made through our website or mobile app.

    2. Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your spot. Payment can be made through accepted credit/debit cards or other payment methods listed on our website.

    3. Pricing for each activity is listed on the Bruhm website and is subject to change without notice.

  3. Cancellation and Refund Policy

    1. Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled activity for a full refund.

    2. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the activity will be eligible for a 50% refund or rescheduling based on availability.

    3. No-shows or cancellations made within 24 hours of the event will not receive a refund.

    4. In the event of a cancellation or rescheduling by The Bruhm (e.g., due to unforeseen circumstances or low enrollment), participants will be offered either a full refund or the option to reschedule.

  4. Participation and Safety

    1. By participating in any Bruhm activity, you acknowledge that you are doing so at your own risk and release The Bruhm from any liability arising from injury, illness, or damages.

    2. Certain activities may involve the use of tools, heat, or materials that require caution. Participants agree to follow all safety instructions provided by instructors and staff during workshops.

    3. The Bruhm reserves the right to refuse participation to anyone who poses a safety risk to themselves or others, or who fails to follow instructor guidelines.

    4. Children under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian unless otherwise stated.

  5. Intellectual Property

    1. All materials, designs, and content provided by The Bruhm during workshops are the intellectual property of The Bruhm or its instructors.

    2. Participants are welcome to take home the creations they make during the workshops, but the replication of these designs for commercial purposes without permission is prohibited.

    3. Any photography, videography, or other media taken during the workshops by The Bruhm staff may be used for marketing and promotional purposes. By attending, you agree to the use of such images unless you notify us otherwise in writing prior to the activity.

  6. Liability Waiver

    1. Participants agree to release and hold harmless The Bruhm, its employees, instructors, and affiliates from any and all claims of liability related to personal injury, property damage, or loss resulting from participation in any activity.

    2. The Bruhm shall not be held responsible for the loss or damage of personal items during workshops.

  7. Code of Conduct

    1. The Bruhm is committed to providing a welcoming, inclusive environment for all participants. Discriminatory, abusive, or inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated and may result in removal from the event without a refund.

    2. Participants are expected to treat instructors, staff, and fellow participants with respect and professionalism at all times.

  8. Health and Hygiene

    1. In the interest of public health, participants may be required to adhere to specific health guidelines (e.g., wearing masks, maintaining social distance) in line with government regulations and The Bruhm’s policies.

    2. If you are feeling unwell or have recently been exposed to contagious illnesses, we request that you do not attend the workshop and contact us to reschedule.

  9. Force Majeure

    1. The Bruhm is not liable for any failure or delay in providing services due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, or government-imposed restrictions.

  10. Privacy

    1. Personal information collected during booking (e.g., name, contact details) will be used solely for the purpose of managing your participation in Bruhm activities and communicating relevant updates. We do not share your personal information with third parties unless required by law.

  11. Governing Law

    1. These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Texas, USA.
